Help Cannot Install ! Help !

So I actually already bought CS:GO
But my friend don't have CS:GO
I have tried CS:GO warzone before, but i uninstalled it
Now i want to install
But i cant, After installing, it said "Deleting Extracted Files"
Any Help Please ?
