Help Cannot start game from Launcher

Hi peeps,

I cannot start the game from the Launcher, i get these two errors in respective order.




It's the latest Windows 10 (1709, x64), and the only Anti-virus right now has everything excluded and it's actually off too (so is the firewall).
I tried all the tips from the main thread, nothing seems to help. I've repaired, updated, with and without admin rights to no avail.
Hardware: i5-7500, 12GB DDR4, nVidia GTX 1050

Any ideas?

I am not sure about anti virus and firewall but from this error there is a .dll missing
which is connected to anti viruses and firewall , its the only reason that can delete your files
so far no other reports about this Loader.exe Bad image
check this dude settings in firewall
