Help Cant play the game without WiFi

Before the new update I was able to play the game offline (without WiFi). But now when i start the game it says that there is an error and closes the game. Can somebody help me, please?
 
It also happens with me after the launcher update.

Go to you csgo folder then open Loader.exe, that will open the game.
