Help Constant crashes?

i have been playing the game before, no crashes and no frame drops (fps was 120). Now fps dropped to 40+ and constant crashing. I play for around 5-10 minutes and I get a crash every single time. Any fixes? Specs:Quad core 2.66 ghz, nvidia geforce gt 420, ram 4gb.

Yeah, a lot of people do, but the mods dont care
