Help CS:GO returns at Main Menu when I play

After I update my CS:GO from 1.36.3.2 to 1.36.3.4, in CS:GO's Main menu, when I open CS:GO, it shows THIS (which doesn't show on 1.36.3.2). But I just ignored it and start playing with bots. But when the loading screen appears, and the loading bar is already at the middle, it returns at the Main menu and shows the Valve Anti-Cheat box again.

What I already tried:
  • Stopped and Closed ALL Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware applications.
  • Removed all launch options.
  • Updated CSGO WarZone
  • Verified CSGO WarZone
  • Reinstalled CSGO WarZone
  • Updated my Graphic Drivers
  • Clean Reinstalled Graphic Drivers
BTW, My PC just reformatted 3 days ago before I've done these, also, CSGO on steam works for me.
I only play this so I can play with my friends because they dont have CSGO on Steam.
 
what error u have in console? can u screenshot
 
THIS console screenshot was taken when I tried to play and it returns me at the Main Menu.
 
I tried connecting to 193.70.6.108:27015 and a loading screen showed up but returned me quick on the main menu with VAC message.

The console shows no error:

Now I tried completely removed CSGO then re installed and download all the files. After these, I got new problem, I can't start CS GO, when I tried to press play, it does nothing. It only shows on task manager and gone.

I already excluded them in my AV. Please help. Anyone?
