CS:GO Warzone not launching

Hi,
When I click on the play button, the mouse cursor spins for a bit and nothing happens, only the launcher closes itself. I have pressed update and verify game multiple times, to no avail. I have also tried putting CS:GO in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and running the launcher as administrator, it doesn't help. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try to download the launcher again

I fixed it by installing DirectX, apparently it wasn't already installed. Thanks for your help!
