Help CSGO Not launching, can someone screenshare with me to see whats happening?

When I open my launcher and press play, csgo doesnt launch, i have direct x and c++ and firewall and antivirus off and nothing seems to be working
 
try to reinstall directX 11 , and then open csgo. If it not working then try reinstall directX 12.

have u tried to run the launcher as administrator ?
