Help "data.bin not found" Problem during setup

I downloaded both the "data.bin" and "Setup" files from mega.nz and put them under the same folder. But every time I try to run the Setup file, the display message keeps showing the error window containing message of "data.bin not found". I followed through that error message and explored and selected the "data.bin" file in my folder path. But it keeps showing the error message of "data.bin not found". I had the anti-virus software turned off and it still doesn't work. I also tried to go for the old method of downloading, "Online Installation". But all the links are gone. Admin, please help!!!
