Of course it does!
If you have Steam there is a menu on the right of this page with a list of Warzone servers, click "JOIN" on anyone of your choice.
If you're non steam then open the game, in the top left Menu click 'PLAY' and from the drop list click 'Community Servers", a dialogue appears click OK, then a window will open with a list of servers you can join to play online.
If you don't find our Warzone servers here is the list of IP's you can connect to:
