Help Error loading available CS:GO game version...

This problem is persistent since 30th January (today). Even fresh install isn't possible since 'UPDATE' and 'VERIFY GAME' buttons are disabled.
Disabled firewall.
No AV problem either.
Rebooted PC.
But nothing........ =(
 
nevermind...
Something changed proxy settings. It was set to localhost.
This was causing problem.
=)
