Help Error when trying to apply nametag

When I try to rename a weapon in-game I receive an error that says that "We are unable to retrieve your item" any fix?

your weapon should have the nametag then

just use the name tag normally, the error message will appear. Then apply any sticker to the weapon, and suddenly the name changed. if u didnt want to use the sticker u can scrape it later. It works for me
