Help FATAL ERROR:Failed to connect with local steam client process!

please help, I have tried everything
I turned off the firewall, verified the game, updated I delete the rev.ini file and verified the game, just like any ideas, thank you for any help

windows defender detects steamclient.dll as a virus for some reason and removes it from the game folder...check if you have this file in your csgo folder...if not open windows security center and allow the threat/add exception
