Help Game not launching afer clicking 'play'

I know there is one thread about this problem, but nobody has found solution.
I tried reinstalling and disabling firewalls etc.
Many of us has the same problem, and it's probably mainly Windows 10 problem.
Help here needed.

It only lets me play when the game is running in a window. I click play then maximize the window to see something
