Help Game Won't Run

I've tried to run CS:GO through this launcher and 7Launcher. Neither works. I can, however, run the game through steam with no problems. What happens with this launcher is the loading wheel appears for a couple seconds and then disappears. No error, no security alert, nothing. I've tried a bunch of different methods to fix the problem and nothing seems to work. All I want is the skins since I don't even play online very often.
