Help Got banned

Hey , I got a permanent ban from OaO server, for actually nothing at all.

I wish I could talk to an admin to explain the situation and possibly sort this misunderstanding out. I think I got banned because I was shooting the wooden wall on connector B on the map Mirage. I saw a player running there after killing my teammate.

My gamer tag is aviv ;z, thanks in advance I would appreciate any help.
