Help GRIEFING IN OaO PUG 5V5 PROPOSED BANLIST AND HELPER REQUEST

I tried the OaO PUG 5V5 server today and was in severe pain due to toxic opponent team.
Every round instead of a 5V5 ,we were forced to match against 5V1 or 5V2 which is sad as a competitive player.
I recorded a demo which contains players griefing and killing teammates and have procured their steam id's as well.
Here is the demo and the banlist.
Please ban these stupid players at the earliest possible.

Also absence of an authoritative power such as an admin has led to players griefing as frequent as they could !
I wanted to be a position to stop them but votekick and scramble team coammands but nothing was enabled on the server.(Though votekick might have been abused as well).
I want to apply for the post of a helper so that i am awarded with ability of kicking players who were damaging the game spirit.

The server just got released today so there isn't any admins yet for that server, once there will be Admins for that server we will make sure for anything like that not happen again but i dont think they will be punished

the server was just released as Mia mentioned above
couple of solution have been done to prevent griefing
i believe no more grief or trollers will be in the server after this new update
please keep us updated with feedback and suggestion

Playing on the server is bit difficult.
Please enable an option which kicks players not typing .ready within a minute of their joining.
Also an option which allows games to begin with 3v4's or 3v3's as it takes real large amount of time to find a match.

Though I must say a server like this shows how dedicated the OaO server owners and staff are to make CS:GO warzone as a better alternative to MM in original CS:GO which is 64 tick + there is no authoritative power present to control the faulty activities of the players itself.

Players who dont type .ready /!ready withing 120 seconds they get insta kicked
The server is 128 tick
we will find a solution about the waiting queue

People would probably end up trolling each others if votekick exists admins is their job to stop them, But don't worry Artino updated some things and now players who isn't .ready in 120 secs gets automaticly kicked, You should also check this out: https://cswarzone.com/forums/threads/full-pug-server-reserve.15356/ (Full PUG Server Reserve - ★WaRzOnE★ ▏ Forum) if this works well i dont think matches needs to start 3v4 3v3 etc

I agree, i was trying to spectate today but the server kicked me because its full

Update: People who wish to join and watch the live the match in spectate mode wont be kicked.

There is 2 explanations for this event
1. A match with full number of players is live
2. You are not typing .ready in time

This is the only reason why u getting kicked + we have 3 pug servers u can always hop from one to another in case a game is going live and u couldnt join.

Hey, guys I've been banned by an Admin On OaO Servers

Is It against the rules if you use Names Like G2,Kinguin ScreaM?
Cause I forgot to read the remaining rules.

Also, I'm pretty sure the admin was on Server 2, It's inferno, but as of now I think he left because there's 10 players, not 11, so I don't know the admins name.
