Help Help with launcher its being months!!!

so its obviously a win10 issue where the launcher just closes on pressing play and nothing happens. please fix this issue, on of the reason i bought a better new laptop was to be able to play this game smoother and i havent being able to do so since march. any form of help would be appreciated.
 
did u try to update and verify your launcher today ?
 
Kindly let us know what game version you're seeing (to the left side of the play button) ? If it is anything different than "1.36.5.3fix1" then you need to press the "VERIFY GAME" button, it'll not only download all updates, but it'll also make sure all your files are downloaded right. Reply back here as soon as you do the above please, hopefully it works !

Ben başlatıcıyı başlattım ama oyun oynamayın. Ben yine oyunu doğrulamak ama hareket etmeyin cs gitmeyin. Oyunu açıyoruz ama oyun oynamak gelmiyor.

Some Antivirus softwares have "File access" feature that may block programs to access/modify files on disk. Please ensure you're not having this issue by checking if your AV is blocking "csgo.exe" or "launcher.exe", or even quarantined "Steamclient.dll".
If this is the case then grant access/restore files and add CSGO folder to Exclusion list of your AV.

it says "1.36.5.3fix2" not fix 1 what should i do??
 
i still have the same problem turn off all antivirus even windows defender and still nothing happens after pressing play it spins for a bit and thats it
 
quick update i tried using the launcher in the launcher file as its different from the one saved on my desktop and when i try to update it says " Access to the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Warzone\CSGO WaRzOnW\bin\mssds3d.dll is denied. i dont know what this means but it could be the cause of the problem
 
Disable your antivirus and try again. Make sure your antivirus hasn't put any files in quarantine that's related to your launcher.

Normally all you can have in Desktop is a shortcut that opens the actual "csgo_launcher.exe" file located in CSGO folder.

It likely means you're not running "Launcher" as admin, so do a right click and select "Run as Admin" and make an Update+Verify. Also file "mssds3ed.dll" might be blocked by AV. I know you mentioned disabling it still have it checked again, you might have missed some setting in AV.
Note: Last update (at the time of writing this post) is "1.36.5.3fix2"
