How to fix fps problem?!

Help,when i launch cs:go I only get 30 and lower.Can anyone tell me how to fix so I can get around 200 fps atleast? And the best launch options for low end pc.I currently have an Intel(R)core. I know its bad.Hope someone can help me. :)

put your settings like the picture , then check ur fps , i cant promise 200 fps , but the fps that u will get its the max , unless you update your PC , Good luck :)

there is more complicated methods to increase fps , but i dont suggest them , some of them can damage your whole PC
