Help I can't play official multiplayer

hello , as the title says, I can't play the official matchmaking , I can play on internet servers (tried 1 server), and bots ofc , but when I try to use the official matchmaking , doesn't matter the map I tried all of 'em it says connecting to servers , then it says matchmaking unavailable , retrying . any help plz , I'm new to cs go

So basically , the official matchmaking is just a title in there , I can only use the internet servers .

yes. Only the servers in the community servers tab.
