That's impossible that you don't have the launcher that allows you to play, update etc. You installed it probably wrong. Try to search the game's folder in your disc C. It should be in C\Program Files\Warzone\CSGO WaRzOnE. If the game's launcher won't start then launch it as an admin or if it won't be there at all or in any other folder in your PC then just simply reinstall the game.
