Help If i play 5-7 minutes it crashed, dont show rank in lobby and anywhere.

Hello, if i start my WarZone Launcher i choose to have a rank: The Global Elite, but if i start the game then the rank didnt show to me, and if i play 5 or 7 minutes in game with bots, it crashed.
