Are you getting any error messages?

Make sure to disable all anti virus and firewall programs when running the launcher.
Run the launcher as administrator

Yes just the same error message, cs:go launcher stopped work...
I dont have any antivirus in my pc, and all windows firewalls is disable...
 
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher?

Which version of windows are you using?
