Solution Launcher Error

When i click on game icon it shows (Failed to load the launcher DLL: The specified module could not be found). plzzz anyone help me

Yeah i download it from another source and it successfully launched but there is no launcher
Is that a problem?

disable your AV and firewall and windows defender

Still nothing.
I tried everything but it always pop-up
