Help Launcher Stuck On Starting Update Please Wait

When I Opened The Launcher It Tells Me It Needs A Update, So when i clicked the update button its stuck on "starting update please wait." Am i doing something Wrong?

you either dont have enough space on the disk target
or you have anti virus / firewall / windows defender on
disable those and make some free space
and you are good

Had same Issue, when I've clicked on "!" on the launcher it took me to this solution: Exit the Epic Games Launcher entirely by right-clicking on the tray icon and selecting Exit. Open the Engine. ini file in a text editor.
