Help Map doesn't load

I put it to load a map and it keeps on loading without stopping and never load, what to do?

custom map ?
what are you doing ?

I have the same issue too, the problem is that the screen keeps saying initializing resources and the map never loads, it happens with every single custom map, i tried moving the models folders and all that but it didn't work
