My screen is DARK when i play

My screen is dark when i play, like the brightness is lowered but no changes were made in settings. When i watch others players play the screen is ok

1. Open game, click right on Counter-Strike and go to properties, click on launch game options.
2. Put this in game launch options: -gl -nofbo -width 800
3. Start the game and enjoy.
