Help No MOTD problem

Hello everybody, hope you doing fine.

I got a small problem with my CSGO warzone, the problem is when i join a server the motd file doesn't shows i get like an empty gray box, so is it a bug of the Game or a i need to check my config ?
For infos: i already have this cvar disabled "cl_disablehtmlmotd 0".

motd doesent work from may 2015 when valve integrate motd in steam software.

ah ok got it and there is no fix for now ?
and does the plugin WebShortcut will work on the warzone players ?
