Help Problem after updating game

So is there solution that after updating game,all loaded skins,music,badge display etc.... are all reseted! Is there way to fix it so after updating/veryfing game,all saved skins will stay still and not get reseted?
 
save items_730 file from your platform folder from csgo on your desktop, and when theres a new update just paste it back, that does it for me
