Help Problem with cs go launcher.exe and loader.exe

Hey. My problem is "cs go launcher.exe" and "loader.exe" error. When in "cs go launcher.exe" I click the "PLAY" button next to "VERIFY GAME". Then I get

Failed to load the launcher DLL:

The specified module can not be found. "
