Help problems while clicking the play button on launcher

so i recently had an update with the game, installed the update, and verified the game files. and somehow, i did also install the csgo free to play in the new update, and these problems occur on both versions, when i click the play button, (on both, steam and the cswarzone launcher) it launches the game on my resolution (1024x768) and after a few seconds it's gone back to the desktop, restarted, verified the game files won't fix it. this also occurs on the steam version. i dunno if you (csgo warzone devs) can fix this one. or maybe volvo can fix this instead

Yes....i have a solution...it works for me.... i use both.....the cs:go warzone laucher as well as cs:go steam...
You have to open task manager ...then end all running in background program related to steam.....
If u still face that problem after using above method....
