in csg o 90 fps is very good... belive me... also when u play u can setup net_graph 1 to track fps live... Also u only can do few thigs that are not connected to game
1.) Update widnows
2.) Update drivers (u can use driver booster and get pro key on youtube)
3.) Check temperature of gpu in game (u can use aida64 and get pro key on youtube to track cpu/gpu temp)
4.) Clean possible viruses/malwares/worms ( malwarebytes is ok if u ask me)
5.) Disable other unnesessary stuffs. Click start menu type run, when run little window is open type msconfig and press enter. there u shoud disable all unwanted things on startup and in services... u can click to show only non microsoft services and then u can disable all unwanted stuffs... also if u have some startup program or service that is not marked (emty name) or its some unknow name that can be a virus start line.
Other things that can boost performance that u can do
1.) Check hdd if have errors
2.) Defrag and optimise hdd
3.) remote theme (use old like win 98 theme) to save more ram
4.) manipulate virtual memory to second partition and increase it
5.) and last but not less important cleaning of dust in your PC case... including cleaning coolers and replacing thermal paste.
