Can somebody explain me this bullshit. That has to be dumbest error I have ever had...
Any help would be grateful

This error means csgo.exe is missing
Which means something deleted it
Go turn off your anti virus
And disable firewall
And run the launcher as administrator
Press Verify
And Csgo.exe is back
Voala !!
Then u can play
Note: if you activate anti virus or firewall again
You will have the same error on the second launch

Never mind just updated the game once again, then magically it has worked. still thanks for the effort And it has started again. This time I followed your instructions but nothing happend lol^^
