unban request

when i try to connect to server my console says "banned by server". i cannot find my name in banlist. i am regularly playing since 2 months and didn't cheat or violated any rule. please sir look into the matter. thanks in advance.

Try restarting your wifi if u couldnt connect come back to the forum
 
Can you screenshot the error , and screen shot console output
