Help Workshop maps not work

It says map not found or its not valid .bsp file welp please

Get cs on steam its free and use !ws in the servers for skins.

Copy the steam workshop link and paste it on "http://steamworkshopdownloader.com (Steam Workshop Downloader)"
After downloading the .bsp file, extract the .bsp file winrar. You will get another
Bsp file, now copy that file to your csgo maps folder and run it from console.

I dont understand , I download an archive / .rar
I extracted it and got the .bsp file where do I paste it and what shall I do . please help
