Important CSGO DOES NOT START IF OFFLINE

Hi! I recently updated my csgo warzone files and whenever i am offline, the game does not even launch, it gives black screen for 2 seconds and then crashes, please help

Why can't the game run without the internet? Both the launcher and the game can't run without the internet. How can we play LAN without the internet?
