Help All Skins Lost

so i got a problem. i wanted to play CS:GO warzone today. i wanted to change my inventory then i saw that i only have the default skins. can anybody help me?

Go to your game file and find a file called rev.
scroll down until you see:EnableNSNetSvc

if it set to Both,set it to UDP
and if it set to UDP,Set it to Both
