Help Bugged out Inventory icons

Namaste,
Recent shift from the default UI to panorama has caused this glitch with my game. Pls suggest any fruitful solutions.

go to your csgo directory
find items_730 and delete it
then find models directory and delete it
find materials directory and delete it
then run ur launcher as administrator and verify ur game.
 
Try swittching back to old UI
If its still bugged
I suggest reinstalling the game
