Cannot connect to the server since yesterday

Please help I cannot connect to the server since yesterday evening.....It keeps on saying that connection failed after 30 retries......I wanna know if this is due to a ban or some other reason because if this is a ban then that's unfair cause I never used a hack.......also please let me know how to file a unban request.. thank you :)

I am using that ip only :( ... and yes I am surely not banned because then I would have got the message of " You have been banned".
