Help Cannot load into game offline with bots

The game won't even load without black screening with only audio without enabling Panorama UI, but when I do so, and try to get into offline with bots, this pops up in console and returns back to title screen:

Whenever I try again it gets stuck at Initializing World and the console outputs:

I have latest version game and launcher, and Windows 10.
Only after installing latest update has this happened.
What do i do please help??

HAVE TRIED: Reinstalling, verify, update, redownload, clean install of game.
None of which have worked...
