Help Can't join community server

Can someone HELP ME? cause ever since I updated my client I can no longer join community servers and I'm always offline eventhough I'm connected on the internet.

when loading into the game after joining one of your non steam servers and every other server i get a black screen, but only when i try and join into a game. the inventory and menu work great.
