Help Can't play against bots

Everytime I try to load a map against bots the loading screen will appear and this message will pop out. Anyone knows how to fix this?

How? I keep getting 'STEAM Validation Rejected' including that same message you're getting. I have tried the SV thing into the console but then I can't play with skins. Any alternative as to what worked for you?

In the launcher go to settings,"Set launch options" and verify if you have "-steam" in there.
