Help Change Clan Tag and Nickname

How can I change my Clan Tag and Nickname cause every time that I change those two they revert back to normal in the picture is my desired Clan Tag and Nickname

but their reverting to the Default one which is this one


Can someone help me?
 
1. Open the game's launcher as an administrator
2. Change your nickname and the clan tag
3. Click "Save"
4. Launch the game

It should work, otherwise I don't know how to help you.
