Help Csgo Launcher problem

When i open csgolauncher this pops up
I downloaded d3dcompiler and putted in in then this shows up

.dll files missing , means you antivirus blocked them or deleted them.
Unistall the game , then turn off antivirus and firewall , install again , and verify game files , and play

U are probably missig net framework or some other thing.. try to update windows
