Engine error after update

Since last update that when i click in "Verify game" it downloads some files , it says that the update was successfuly installed and when i click play i get the error : "Engine error could not load library client" . Then i click again in "Verify game" , automatically it downloads the same files and error still persist .
How can i solve this ?

Since no one reply here i tried the most common way : reinstall the game .
And it failed . once updating , it downloads client.dll and server.dll , which causes the error .
Can anyone solve this ?
 
i got the same issue. what the hells going on after 1.36.0.6fix update i can no longer play csgo warzone it started when i reinstalled the game and update everything and BOOM! "Engine error could not load the fckin library"
 
i was able to fix it. what i did was uninstall csgo. reinstall it while my wifi is off (no internet connection). after reinstalling the game i played the game once (no updates yet still offline just to make sure game is working) after i confirm it's working, i turn the internet back on and install the updates and it's now fckin working as usual.
