Help Error after hitting PLAY button

Hello all,

i have this problem after pressing the PLAY button.
I' ve already re-installed, excluded the .exe files from my antivirus, eliminated every file u asked but is still showing this errors.

Check do u have steamclient.dll in root game folder
 
these errors are occurring using as admin... thats why i am confused

edit: does steam program have to be installed to run the game or no?
 
done, and is the same thing...

need to install the steam and log on so he can connect? should it be that problem?
 
no u can install steam freely, maybe some registry file didint install and.... so install steam, he will install all reg that u need.
 
problem solved. i think my anti-virus was blocking some file at the end of the update, now i can play it.
