Help Error loading game versions!

I've recently installed CS:GO and after installation this error occurs. Kindly help me to resolve this.
P.S: I didn't install the .rar files in the folder named "Data". What should i do now?

how about you uninstall , and install the whole game again without missing any file. , missing a whole folder from the game will not make it work of course.

+1 you should reinstall it but before you do that clear all the game cashes folder everything with game tags and install it
You should use prouninstall program to remove it for clean installation
