I am not able to use my avatar that I created in the site https://csgowarzone.com, in the game my nick gets "PLAYER" and my avatar photo does not change

you cant change your avatar
for changing your name i think you have to edit a text files somewhere in your install dir

to change a name, when you open you launcher and write down your name you need to save it, u can do that by clicking " Open " and then " Save " , you cant use avatar, only people who have avatar on the server are steam players. cheerio
