Help How to delete all inventory items?

I downloaded csgo warzone and don't want the items in my inventory , because i have a low end pc and it made it laggy . i need help to optimize the game files to run the game smoother
 
i tried with deleting items730bin but my game not load at all
even i tried update

is there a file items730bin without skins and stickers etc.... that i can replace it with my current file?
