Help HOW TO PLAY CS GO LAN?

Hello, I have a problem that is that I cannot play on LAN. They have already told me and I have seen on the page that it can be done but I don't know how to do it.
I try sv_lan and connect but it doesn't match any game.
In what way can it be done?

Help - csgo lan problem

creating lan server on other laptop and enabling sv_lan 1 then get the ip from status ,,,, but every time try to connect the other laptop i got this error .... my launcher version is 2.9 panorama
