Help I have a problem with the launcher.

When I open the launcher it loads for about three seconds then the thing that goes around the circle freezes then crashes/disappears but i do get a message sometimes cant load but sometime does maybe might be cause the launcher crashes so no time for message to pop up but then sometimes the message does and the message application is called custom message something does pop in the message the only problem its for a split amount of time and happens every 1 out of 10 tries i do so quite rare for it to work and very hard to see do to short time its on screen.

"error loading available csgo game versions. Some launcher functions will be disabled" A little bit of research later windows shift s helped me with that but right after that it crashes and you only get to see it for seconds maybe even a second unsure get back to me when you can please
